FAQs

Step 1:

1. Select your desired product from either the “Featured Products” on the home page or the Shop Page.

Step 2:

1. Once you have clicked on your desired product, the relevant product page will open. 
2. Choose the size from the “Size” dropdown
3. Then select the weight from the “Weight” dropdown.

Step 3:

1. Add the number of items you would like to purchase.
2. Click the “Add To Cart” button

Step 4: 

1. Items will now be in your “Cart”
2. If you are purchasing a range of different items, please continue shopping. 
3. Alternatively Click on the “View Cart” button to view your cart.

Step 5: 

1. Please make sure you have all the items you selected. 
2. You can edit the contents of your cart here. If you make any changes please click the “Update Cart” button to confirm the changes.
3. Then click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

Step 5: 

1. Complete the “Billing Details” form.
2. Select your preferred payment method.
3. Click the “Place Order” button to continue.

Step 6:

Czech Beads Online will deliver the Goods to you within 2- 5 working days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”),

Once your successful order has been processed you will receive an email notification that your order has been received. 

If you do not receive the email conforming your order please contact our online support.

Yes you will receive an invoice for your order. If you require your business details on the invoice please remember to include your company name at the “Checkout” process.
